About our appetizers
The first plate of the meal, and where the Nepali and Indian sides of our kitchen sit closest together. Crisp samosa and pakoda, South Indian chicken 65, Indo-Chinese chili chicken and paneer, and chicken sekuwa — Nepali skewered meat marinated in ginger, garlic and Himalayan spice, the way it is grilled at roadside stalls in Kathmandu.
